Delete your account and all associated data

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option A: Request deletion from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open the Soccer Platform app.
2. Go to Settings > Privacy Settings.
3. Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Option B: Request deletion via email

Send an email from your sign‑in email address to
[email protected]
with the subject “Account Deletion Request – Soccer Platform”.

Delete data only (keep my account)

If you want us to delete your personal data while keeping your account active:

1. Open the Soccer Platform app.
2. Go to Settings > Privacy Settings.
3. Select Download/Delete My Data and choose Delete My Data.

What we delete vs what we may retain

We delete (where applicable):

• Your Firebase Authentication account (email, display name).
• Your user records in our Realtime Database, including:
  • users/{uid} and users_by_email/{email}
  • privacy_preferences/{uid}
  • data_processing_records/{uid}
  • data_export_requests/{uid} and data_deletion_requests/{uid}
  • Membership mapping under memberships_by_email/{emailKey}
• Push notification tokens associated with your account.
• App analytics identifiers associated with your app instance, where technically feasible.

We may retain (limited and only when required):

• Purchase/transaction records and minimal compliance logs for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations (typically retained up to 7 years).
• Aggregated, non‑identifiable statistics that cannot be linked back to you.

Processing timeframe

We complete most requests within 7 days and all verified requests within 30 days. We will notify you when the process is complete.

About active subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription in the Play Store:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
3. Select Soccer Platform and tap Cancel.

Identity verification

For security, requests must be sent from the email used to sign in to Soccer Platform, or include your Account ID. We may ask for additional verification to protect your account.

Android Advertising ID

You can reset your device’s Advertising ID anytime in your Android settings: Settings > Privacy > Ads. This control is provided by the operating system.
